R.B. Park RV Resort came to me before they had even finished construction on their new Oklahoma park. They had no web presence, and in the RV world, if people cannot find you on a map or see your rates, you do not exist. We needed to get them on the map before the first concrete was fully dry.
What I built
I built a lightweight, incredibly fast website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. Instead of burying the important details under heavy graphics or slow-loading booking widgets, I put the location, rates, and amenities right up front where they belong.
The focus was entirely on mobile speed and clean structure. Most travelers search for parks on their phones while driving down the highway, so the site had to load instantly on weak cell signals. I built it with clean markup so search engines could easily read the park's location data.
The result
According to the owner, the park has maintained 100% occupancy since opening. To help sustain that demand, the site’s search presence grew steadily, generating over 12,000 total impressions and nearly 900 direct visits from Google search over its first nine months.
Search data shows strong growth, with average daily impressions climbing from ~29 in January to nearly 75 by May. The site commands high-visibility placement for local searches, earning a 10%–15% click-through rate on top terms like "rv park norman ok" and "long term rv parks norman, ok". By pairing clean code with foundational local SEO, we made sure search engines—and travelers—could easily find the park.
